La primera semana lo tomaras de esta manera, después de comer ya sea después del desayuno, almuerzo u cena una sola ves por día tres sobres:

Puedes poner una taza de agua caliente y pones los sobres con miel de abeja lo mueves un poco y dejas que se ponga termino tibio para que se mezcle bien la miel de abeja y la manzanilla, lo tomas tibio el te. La primera semana vas a tomar 3 sobres de te de manzanilla y miel de abeja solo en la primera semana el tercer día no lo vas a tomar después del tercer día tomas nueva mente tres sobres durante toda la semana. En la segunda semana vas a tomar tres sobres durante los 7 días de la segunda semana.
